ALI DIAMOND is an independent watch customization atelier dedicated exclusively to the craft of bespoke timepiece personalization. We do not manufacture, distribute, or retail watches, nor do we provide brokerage or sourcing services.

ALI DIAMOND operates independently and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or associated with any original watch manufacturer or trademark holder. All customization services are performed solely at the request of the client on customer-owned timepieces.

Any modification carried out by ALI DIAMOND may void the original manufacturer’s warranty. Customized timepieces are instead covered by our own international warranty, subject to our service terms and conditions.

Clients are required to submit their watch for customization within 5 weeks of order confirmation. Watches received after this period may be subject to an additional 10% service surcharge.

All personalization and customization services provided by ALI DIAMOND are intended strictly for private and personal use. Commercial use, distribution, or resale of the customized timepiece to third parties is not authorized under these service terms.

Our services are performed exclusively on genuine products supplied by the Customer for the purpose of personalization. Any reference to trademarks, trade names, logos, model names, or brand names, including but not limited to Rolex S.A., Patek Philippe S.A., Apple Inc., or any other manufacturer, is made solely for identification and descriptive purposes. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Customization services are carried out solely at the Customer's request. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that most watch manufacturers and smartphone brands do not authorize modifications or personalization performed by independent third parties. Accordingly, any manufacturer's warranty or guarantee applicable to the original product may be voided as a result of such customization.

Customized products are commissioned as bespoke items for the Customer's personal and private use only. Unless otherwise agreed in writing or permitted by applicable law, the Customer shall not resell, distribute, commercially exploit, or transfer the customized product to any third party.

Where any authorization, licence, consent, or permission from the original manufacturer, brand owner, copyright holder, or other intellectual property rights holder is required for the requested customization, including but not limited to modifications involving trademarks, logos, designs, or other protected elements, the Customer is solely responsible for obtaining such authorization prior to placing the order. Ali Diamond accepts no responsibility for verifying or obtaining any such permissions.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they understand and accept that:

• Ali Diamond is an independent customization service provider and is not affiliated with any original manufacturer or brand.

• The original manufacturer's warranty may become void following customization.

• The Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the requested customization does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or contractual restrictions.

These terms form an integral part of every quotation, order, and agreement entered into between Ali Diamond and the Customer.
